Radio has had this obsession with doing a ‘specialty weekend’ whenever there’s a 3-Day weekend around a holiday. Our questions is… Why? Why change what you know and love about our station just because there’s a holiday?

We’re doing literally nothing different than any other Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday of the year. Call it being lazy, but we think it’s brilliant. We’re going to continue to play ‘Anything That Rocks’ all LABOR DAY Weekend without any gimmicks or tricks. Do we really need them?
