Shinedown has announced the delay in release of their new album ‘Planet Zero.’ As you can hear in the video message below from the band, there’s good reason. Due to delays in production of the physical versions, CD/Vinyl/Tape, the band wants everyone to experience the album together on release date so they pushed it back from April 22nd to July 1st.
Yes, we’ll have to wait a little longer to hear the full album but the band played the next single Saturday during their Peoria Civic Center show. So, we’ll have a song or two more in the meantime.
Back in March, Brent Smith told Styles he’d love to see Planet Zero debut at No.1 on the Billboard album sales chart. So far two rock bands/albums have done that in 2022: Ghost and Red Hot Chili Peppers.
