McLean County Health Department’s daily COVID-19 report reveals 584 new cases as of Wednesday, 1/5/2022. There are 4,123 individuals are isolating at home. The rolling 7-day positivity rate is 20.1% through 1/5/2022 for the county.
McLean County hospitals are reporting 85% of ICU beds in use, 98% of total beds in use. The total number of patients hospitalized for COVID at McLean County hospitals is 63.
On Wednesday evening the CDC Director endorsed the ACIP recommendations for COVID boosters for age 12-15 (Pfizer only). The Health Department is now providing boosters for those age 12-15 who received their second dose of Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine five months ago.

- Wednesday, 01/12 from 10am-3pm at Grossinger Motors Arena, Bloomington
- Thursday, 01/13 from 9-3 at the ARC (Activity and Recreation Center), Normal (this clinic operated by IDPH/IEMA)
